🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Size or fitting issues (only for eligible products)

Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.


Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at help@jarogi.com with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video or images (if damaged/wrong product)

Our team will verify the request and arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.


🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup in most pin codes.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the item to our return address. Shipping cost (up to ₹100) will be reimbursed as store credit or refund.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following ways:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.

  • In case of self-shipped returns, refund is initiated after we receive and verify the product.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Customers can return an item and place a new order for the preferred size or design.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Accessories (e.g. jewelry, bags)

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

  • Products without original tags or packaging


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please report any damaged, defective, or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund, as applicable.
