📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (India)

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹70 applies.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional fee of ₹50.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and link to track your package in real-time.

❗ Delays or Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to high demand, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen events.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please reach out to us at help@jarogi.com.

📬 Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Jarogi is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details. Please ensure your address is accurate before confirming your order.

🔄 Change in Shipping Address

If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, email us at help@jarogi.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Address changes may not be guaranteed if the order has already been dispatched.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare case of a damaged or lost package during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the package.
